Our Partners

Every partner here is a brand Lisa has used herself, in the mountains, when chasing adventures.

Travel insurance partner

IATI keeps you covered

"I found IATI the way most of us find the things we end up trusting: I needed it. Before a trip to New Zealand I went looking for insurance that would actually cover me on the trails, not just on the plane, and IATI was the one that did. I was fully covered the whole time, and I could insure exactly the days I was away instead of paying for months I didn't need." - Lisa

That's why every Wild Flow runner in 2027 gets pointed their way. Insurance isn't included in the camp price, but you do need it, and I'd rather send you somewhere I know works than leave you guessing.

Pay for the days you travel. A six day camp means a six day policy, not a three month package.

Help around the clock. 24/7 assistance plus a medical chat in the IATI app, wherever you are.

No money upfront. If something happens, you don't have to pay first and chase the refund later.

Built for adventure. Several of their plans cover adventure sports. When you pick yours, make sure trail running is included.

This is an affiliate link. If you book through it, we earn a small percentage at no extra cost to you. It helps keep the camps running, and we would recommend IATI either way.

Maurten sports nutrition on a Wild Flow trail run
Nutrition partner

Maurten keeps you fuelled

Nick takes care of everything you eat at the table. Out on the trail, that job goes to Maurten, our nutrition partner for 2027.

Fuelling is one of the most underrated skills in trail running. Most runners either don't eat enough on long days or eat something their stomach hates halfway up a climb. Maurten has been our partner from day one because it's easy on the gut when the effort gets hard, and that's exactly what you want when you're learning how to fuel properly.

Tested where it counts. The same fuel Lisa uses on her own long days and races.

Part of the coaching. Fuelling on the trail is something we practise together during the week, not something you figure out alone on race day.
