The Team
No hired guides, no rotating staff, no stranger with a clipboard. The same three people show up to every camp, and here's what each of them actually does while you're on the trail.
Lisa
Lisa builds every training plan and coaches on the trail all week, using the same SR5 Method behind her online coaching business. Ten camps run so far, every one sold out, and she's on the trail for every single day of every single one, not handing you off to a guide once the cameras are gone.
She's EREPS Level 3 certified, holds Running Gait Specialist I & II credentials, and has three FKTs of her own. She's also an aspiring mountain guide, which means the terrain choices on your camp aren't guesswork, they're built by someone who trains for exactly this.
Nick
Nick is Lisa's dad, and the reason nobody on a Wild Flow camp is ever hungry, undernourished, or eating the same thing twice in one trip. He cooks every meal from scratch, timed around the day's training, not around what's easiest to prep for a group.
Tell him about an allergy, an intolerance, or a preference when you apply, and he'll build around it. Nobody gets handed plain rice while everyone else has dinner.
Fede
Fede is one of Lisa's closest friends, and the person who gets your legs back after the big days. Every runner on camp gets a proper sports massage, not a foam roller and good luck, because recovery is part of the training, not an afterthought tacked onto the end of it.
Because we want you to feel like family, not a client
Six runners max isn't about what three of us can manage. It's about giving you something you can't get on a bigger camp: a week where you're not one of forty faces, where the people around you actually know your name, your goals, and how your legs are holding up on day four. That's the whole point, an experience built around the people on it, not around filling seats.
One coach, every day, the whole week. You're training alongside someone who already knows your story, not being handed between guides who are meeting you for the first time.
One chef, cooking for the actual people at the table, adjusting for what you need instead of running a fixed menu for a crowd.
One person on recovery, so your massage is unhurried and personal, not squeezed between ten other bookings.
