Adamello Ultra Trail
A camp built around one of the toughest race weekends in the Alps. You pick your distance and register directly with Adamello Ultra-Trail, we build the week around your race: the recon, the taper, the crew on race day, and the recovery after. Vezza d'Oglio, deep in the mountains between Alta Valle Camonica and Alta Val di Sole.
Why this page isn't a booking page yet
Adamello Ultra-Trail hasn't confirmed its 2027 date, which usually happens around February. We lock our camp dates the moment they do. Everything below is the real plan, the terrain, the distances, the team, just without a date and price stamped on it yet. Get in touch and you'll be the first to hear when it's confirmed.
Mule tracks and military paths, through two national parks
Adamello Ultra-Trail retraces routes cut during the First World War across the Adamello and Stelvio parks, mountain, forest, and alpine lake terrain, with old war relics still visible along the way. It's not a scenic add-on, it's the whole point of the course.
What Vezza d'Oglio actually looks like
Alpine lakes, high ridgelines, and valleys that were fought over a century ago. This is the terrain your camp will be built on top of.
Four distances, one start line
Adamello Ultra-Trail runs four official distances out of Vezza d'Oglio. You register for yours directly with the race, the camp is what happens around it.
Short
A serious mountain day. The entry point if you're strong but new to racing this terrain.
Half
Real ultra distance, real climbing. Wants a proper base behind you already.
Trail
A full night out on the mountain for most runners. Not a step up to take lightly.
Ultra
Self-sufficient, over 11,000m of vert, up to 53 hours. Only for runners who've done something like it before.
What a Wild Flow race camp actually does for you
The finished schedule will follow once dates are locked, but the shape of it won't change. This is how we've run race weeks before.
Recon and taper
Arrive a few days out, shake the travel off, and get eyes on the sections of the course that matter, without burning the legs you'll need on race day.
Race day, covered
Lisa on course support, not on the couch tracking a dot. Whatever your distance needs on the day, someone is there for it.
Recovery before you fly home
A proper massage with Fede and a full day to actually sit still, so you leave Vezza d'Oglio recovering, not just finished.
What the camp takes care of
The exact list gets finalised alongside the dates, but this is the standard we're building to.
Coaching support. Guidance through the taper and race-week decisions, from someone who actually knows the course.
Accommodation. A group base in or near Vezza d'Oglio for the length of the camp.
All meals. Cooked by Nick, built around what a race week actually asks of your body.
Local transport. To recon routes, the start line, and back again after you finish.
Recovery. A massage with Fede once you're across the line.
Race entry. You register for your distance directly with Adamello Ultra-Trail.
Flights. Most runners fly into Bergamo, Milan, or Verona.
Airport transfer. Not included, but tell us your flights and we'll help you arrange the trip to Vezza d'Oglio.
Insurance. Non-negotiable for a race at this distance. We partner with IATI if you need one.
Final list and pricing land with the confirmed dates.
Is this your camp?
Race Camp
This one's different from our usual training weeks. It's built for runners who already have a distance in mind and the training behind them to back it up, not a first introduction to trail running. If you're newer to the sport, our beginner camp in Lanzarote is the better place to start.
Not sure which of the four distances fits you? Ask us directly, we'd rather talk you into the right one than watch you sign up for the wrong one.
Adamello, specifically
Do I need to already be registered for the race?
No, but you'll need to register yourself directly with Adamello Ultra-Trail once entries open for your chosen distance. The camp is the week built around your race, not the race entry itself.
Which distance should I pick?
Whichever matches the training you're already doing. The 35km suits a strong intermediate runner, the 60km and 100km want real ultra experience, and the 170km is only for runners who've finished something of that scale before. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll talk it through.
When will the exact dates and price be confirmed?
Adamello Ultra-Trail usually confirms its own calendar around February. We lock our camp dates right after, and everyone on the list hears first.
Can you help me get from the airport to Vezza d'Oglio?
The transfer isn't included, but we're happy to help you arrange it once your flights are booked. Most runners fly into Bergamo, Milan, or Verona.
Can Lisa help me prepare for the distance I choose?
Yes. Once you've picked your distance, Lisa can build or check your training plan through her 1:1 coaching or the Run Smarter App, so you arrive on race week trained for it, not hoping.
Want to be first to know when this is confirmed?
No commitment, no form. Just tell us which distance you've got your eye on.
